I went to Control Panel and ran Add or Remove Programs. Found Symantec Antivirus Client and I clicked on the Remove button. The progress bar ran for a while and a dialog box pop out asking for password to continue the uninstallation.

So I need to kill off wcescomm.exe process from Windows Task Manager if I don’t want to sync my data.
Here’s an easier alternative method on how to disable ActiveSync from synchronizing.

I have a lot of files and icons on my desktop and it’s filling up nearly 75% of my desktop space. Even though it’s quite messy but I remembered where I placed the icons and files that I always use because I never move them around.
