   Actually it can be recovered. Tunay na ito mababawi. Do a search for 'encase' and you will see the scope to the problem. A program called Eraser employs the Guttman 35 pass method to delete the entire content of files beyond recovery if you're worried about files on your system.    I agree with Rezdog that the majority of users do not have 'government level' secrets on their HD's or I least I don't. Sumasang-ayon ako sa Rezdog na ang karamihan ng mga gumagamit ay hindi na 'mga lihim ng pamahalaan sa antas ng' sa kanilang mga HD o ako kahit ako hindi. But I do have my bank details on it. I only took 'government level' as a gold standard on the basis that they have almost unlimited resources and more experience/knollege/incentive than any one I can think of. Ko lang kinuha 'ng pamahalaan sa antas ng' bilang isang gintong standard sa basehan na sila halos walang limitasyong resources at mas maraming karanasan / knollege / insentibo kaysa sa isa ko ng tingin.    The obvious real and good freeware for this kind of product is Eraser. Ang tunay na halata at mabuting Freeware para sa uri ng produkto ay pambura.    file shredder has an option to shred free disk space using different algorithms. file shredder ay isang opsyon sa maliit na pilas ng libreng puwang sa disk paggamit ng iba't ibang algorithms. its free and is also googleable. nito libre at din googleable. check that out. suriin na-out. i am using it now to make my hard disk files unrecoverable before giving it back to a friend. ako gamit ito ngayon upang gumawa ng aking hard disk unrecoverable file bago ang pagbibigay nito pabalik sa isang kaibigan.
