the steps but i didnt find that i found RUN >> OPTIONAL

When I ran into this problem, I did live chat with Earthlink support 4 times, no results. Gave up on that – fortunately, after some searching, found this post. IT WORKED!

I am facing to rub setup file, its appear and soon disappear and then nothing whenever i tried to install Kasper AV9. I had use Kasper AV 8 previously. Plz help
