Last year I’ve share with you a tool called AIMFix I found which is able to remove any AOL instant messenger related viruses and even on some non AOL related viruses. It is a small, simple and portable tool which you can just run, and it’ll remove what it finds. In MSN, there are also virus and it’s a quite annoying one. If your friend is infected by the photo virus, it’ll keep on trying to send you photo album.zip file.

There are also other filename such as IMG-0012.zip, rachel.exe, newsXX.zip, Jenny.zip and etc. It is smart enough to send along messages like…

- Create by my friend Michael. It is currently able to detect 2,436 virus. You may need to have an administrator account or to start in Safe Mode to completely remove the MSN Viruses.

- MSNFix is a batch file that is able to detect and remove many types of msn virus. Created by a French guy but it has English translation. Download the zip file and extract. Run MSNFix.bat, select language and press R to start searching for MSN virus.
