		<description>Hi Raymond, tried the tool. It removed three things which were infected (servicehast.exe, etc.) Had Windows Antivirus Pro infection. Upon reboot, blue screen. Even in safe mode. Any suggestions besides reformat? Is there someway to disable the self defense from a boot disk or recovery console?</description>
