While I was surfing the Internet, I found TWO pretty interesting tool that attempts to let you resize an unresiable window. I tried resizing Microsoft Hearts and it worked! With this tool, I nowadays try to avoid scaling screenshots because everything becomes smaller and you can hardly see the text or button on the image. If the image is slightly wider than 513px, I will just resize the program window instead of scaling the image. This gives you a clearer picture than the blurry reduces sized image.
The first one that I found is called ResizeEnable. It is programmed by the same developer who made SplashKiller. It’s a very ugly system hack that sits in your system tray and attempts to make windows that can’t usually be resized, resizeable.
It is very easy to use ResizeEnable. Simply download, extract and run ResizeEnableRunner.exe. Find a window that you could never resize and move the cursor over the edge of the window. Hopefully the pointer will change to one that shows you can resize the window.

Click-drag the window to a new size and release the mouse button. (See how small Microsoft Hearts became!)
The second one I found that can also resize unresizable window plus many other feature is called AltMove. It adds more functionality to your mouse for interacting with windows.

The moving – You can move windows and controls which do not support this ability.
The resizing – You can resize windows and controls which do not support this ability.
The hiding and restoring – You can hide any window from desktop (to tray bar or completely) and restore it.
The opaque – You can change opaque of window.
The document work – You can assign key-mouse combination to standard menu items of different programs.
Start your programs – Use mouse to run your programs and open documents from everywhere.
Not all actions are added by default. You can go to Actions > New or hit CTRL+N simultaneously to add a new action. Never thought that resizing unresizable window was possible but it is now. Have fun resizing unresizable windows! By the way, I once had a tool that lets you click on button that is blurred out but I lost it and forgotten the name. If you have it or know where I can find it, please share it with me.

Yes, DM2 is nice, but THE GOD of all utilities is PowerPro.
It’s in development for ten years and freeware.
Try it for few days and you will see. Also try plugins (Mousetrap and Keytrap are my favorites). Using the Mousetrap plugin can make people think that you use another OS.
Sorry … the link is http://powerpro.webeddie.com/
thankz ray for great tip today.. thankz to mojo too..
Though it doesn’t have the resizing function, figured I’d give xneat a mention. It’s similar to DM2 in that it’s free and provides a heap of extra functions for windows.
I found it while looking for a program to keep certain windows ‘always on top’ while I worked, but some of the other features it has I haven’t seen elsewhere include letting me shift the positions of the programs in the taskbar, and ‘opacity on hover’, so things only stay seethrough until I put my mouse over them (combined with ‘always on top’, this is pretty nifty)

Both software worked perfectly. But it only resize the window’s boundaries not the rest. I want it to be able to resize the whole window. I can send a screenshot, so you can understand better.
Thanks
