Now how Do uninstall this utility? Because I installed it and the messenger icon still does not launch IE…

I had entered the wrong pass for my hot-mail and it is blocked. and going thru the legal way has not worked….
I just sent out my CV with the old mail account so you can see i am in a big bind here, any help would be most appreciated, please help
