It did a reasonable job of defragging my 160GB hard drive leaving very few fragments. Not only that but for the most part it did not fragment my free space in order to due so which is a common complaint. Overall I could see myself using this tool. Speed wise I don't think it's any slower that JKDefrag so that is a good thing. If your looking for a free defragger it is worth trying out. I doubt Smart Defrag does better disk optimization , but a impartial comparison is needed. It's not as extensive program as this, but it's basically the "auto-defrag" option all on itself. What's so great about it is that it works only when you're not doing something on your computer. For example when you go to the bathroom, talk on the phone, stop to think, and then it ends as soon as you start working again. You will never feel it's there!
