Good info as usual but with a not-so-little :-) mistake: BlueScreenView can read the MiniDumps of both x86 AND x64 systems. See here: nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

I have no idea what to do after BSV identifies the causes of the crash.

My problems are:
ntoskrnl.exe
SYMEVENT64x86.SYS
ataport.SYS
PSHED.dll
netbt.sys

What do I do now that I know what the problems are?
