I seldom post any tips or tricks on MegaUpload because I really seldom use this free service. Reason is because there are 2 restrictions. Whenever I want to download anything from MegaUpload, I will get the message saying “All download slots assigned to your country (Malaysia) are currently in use. Please try again in a few hours or install the Megaupload Toolbar for immediate access – with the toolbar installed, there are no more slot limitations for you!” What? I have to download a toolbar in order to download using free account? Forget it! Fortunately, there is a Firefox extension which lets you bypass the requirement to download the unnecessary toolbar.
Second restriction is after I’ve downloaded the a file from Megaupload, I can’t immediately download the next file… I’ll have to reconnect my internet connection to get a new IP address to bypass this restriction. Sometimes I have no choice but to go through all that because the files I am looking for can only be found in megaupload.
I think I am lucky because while reading some post on a forum, I found a website that can generate megaupload premium link! A megaupload premium link means I have the highest download speed priority, maximum parallel downloads, no wait time before download begins, download starts immediately, and support resuming!
FreeMu.info uses an amazing brilliant script which is also very simple. The script uses a premium megaupload account to generate a premium megaupload link from a normal megaupload link. A normal megaupload link looks like this (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XXXXXXXX) but as for PREMIUM megaupload link, it is very long and it looks something like this (http://www41.megaupload.com/files/aa3/file.rar)
I’ve never own a megaupload premium account before, therefore I don’t know if there are any download limit restriction for a premium account. A megaupload premium account cost $199.99 for a lifetime platinum membership. If you look carefully at FreeMu.info website, there is a lot of advertisements and I believe the owner can easily cover back his cost. It’s a win-win situation. He gets revenue by placing advertisements and we get free service. I sure hope he can continue this service as long as possible without getting noticed or banned by Megaupload.
OK, let’s get head on to the fun part on how to generate a normal megaupload link to a premium link. Visit FreeMu.info website, scroll right to the bottom and you’ll see a small text box with a small Go button. Just paste the megaupload link to the text box and click Go! button. You will notice that the page is being refreshed and you’re at the top of the FreeMu.info page. Scroll down again and this time you’ll see a long link just below the text box.

Ok here is another way that I know works to bypass the 1 link download limit from megaupload, you will need a program such as IDM internet download manager or a download program that allows you to chose when to start the download. First of all you find the links you want to download and if you use Firefox then you rightclick on the new each link 1 by 1 and open them in separate tabs. this will bring you to the link with a captua go ahead and enter the captua you see for each link but do not click on download yet. once you have gotten them all go ahead and click download and you will see the timer countdown once it has reached 0 and you get a valid download link dont click it yet wait for all of them to show 0 and give you the link then click on the download link, if you have IDM it will bring you up a download window dont click start now do this for every one of the links once you have all the windows with start now click on each one and it will start the download to each one therefore bypassing the download file limit.

Well, if you want to bypass Zango, try the FireFox Addon \\\”Adblock Plus\\\”. Use the Lists EasyList, EasyElement, \\\”Céderics Liste\\\”, ABP Tracking Filter, \\\”Filter von Dr. Evil\\\”, \\\”Jamie\\\’s List\\\” or something and \\\”Fanboy\\\’s List\\\”. At least, these are the Lists I use, and they sucessfully block Zango.

I think theres something wrong. Evreytime I paste a link it says “Invalid MegaUpload ID”
Also our 1 download at a time is implanted, to prevent abuse, you can generate all the links still though. This had to be added, we had many exploiters, mostly china/mexico, downloading over 100-200 things at once slowing everyone down.

Invalid Download Sessions is implanted to prevent hot linking and posting of our links in forums etc.
If you use a proxy, this will happen. Or if you have a different IP you generate with then try to download with another IP.
You need the same ip you generate with as you download with, every time you generate your IP is logged for that generate and it will only allow that IP to download unless generated with other IPS of course.

i cant seem to download. after i put the link to the box and click ‘generate’. so there was a long link above the box.
i paste it onto my download manager and it download .htm file instead. i tried pasting it on my browser and it bring me to a page that says ‘Invalid Download Session’. is there a problem with the server or is it my computer?

Use a download accelerator, if that doesnt speed it up its because server is getting hammered. 100mbps line cant even handle the load now, with over 300 downloaders constantly. We are working on another server with mirrors to choose from!

Yeah my download speed has dropped significantly. I was previously downloading at a an average rate of 100kb/s but after the upgrade it fell to about 10kb/s. Is it due to the server or what?
after the revamp, i cant download as fast as lastime anymore :( getting 10kb-30kb/s and sometimes it times out

New script to support download accelerators will be up in 24 hours or so, and search megaupload script will come out at the same time as well. And in the future if we get enough donations, money from advertisers etc, we will buy another 100mbps line. Also we are currently thinking of having live updates showing the usage of the line, average speed, etc. And when we get another line, we will have mirrors to choose from :)

People from Chasenet done the same thing as FreeMU which works with RapidShare. However, rapidshare has a limit of 25GB per 5 days which means only 5GB per day. If they have a lot of people using their service, they require many rapidshare accounts.
