I have just tried the recommendation to download to another 'me-created' folder, but I get the usual message "Access violation". Any ideas? Thanks, Hugh Sawyer, Basingstoke, ENGLAND

Hi Raymond – since I bought a Vista computer, I have never been able to install any version of Adaware.
