This worked! I had to uncheck 2 boxes on mine tho but it was because i had 2 there somehow for Mozilla 2 and Mozilla 3. File names were mzvkbd.dll and mzvkbd3.dll in case anyone else sees the same 2. Wouldnt work if i just unchecked the one mentioned by the author of this.
Mine was only crashing when i would go to check windows live mail.

I wonder if this is the real cause of the high memory usage occuring between Kaspersky 2009 and Firefox 3.x

Raymond, I have all 3 kaspersky dlls (mzkvbd, adialhk, kloehk, & RemoveFocusRect)all on one line- in one entry – in Autoruns. Shoyld I disable the whole entry?

This seems to fix it for me too. I can’t believe anti-virus software as good as this has this kind of problem. Could you please let us know or post it here when Kaspersky creates an update to fix this. It would be greatly appreciated.

Fantastic. Had this exact problem, followed your advice before and just spent 15 minutes beating the hell out of gmail (switching folders, tabs, logging in and out etc) and so far so good – no crashes! Cheers fella, great detective work!
