		<description>This worked! I had to uncheck 2 boxes on mine tho but it was because i had 2 there somehow for Mozilla 2 and Mozilla 3.  File names were mzvkbd.dll and mzvkbd3.dll in case anyone else sees the same 2.  Wouldnt work if i just unchecked the one mentioned by the author of this.
Mine was only crashing when i would go to check windows live mail.</description>

		<description>Fantastic. Had this exact problem, followed your advice before and just spent 15 minutes beating the hell out of gmail (switching folders, tabs, logging in and out etc) and so far so good - no crashes! Cheers fella, great detective work!</description>
