Might be worth to note that for a 64 bits Windows the path might be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12

didn’t work for me, i even tried to copy and paste another mso.dll file from a friends pc still nothin happened

Thanks a lot for explaining the real cause behind it and providing the simple solution. It worked for me. I deleted the MSO.DLL and did repair. Worked perfectly as I wanted.

I went to Office12 and I can’t find a file that says MSO.DLL. it has MSOCF.DLL and others but nothing that’s just MSO… how do I fix this?
