      When I run the AV, I get this message:
      “Windows must be restarted before using iola AntiVirus”

      After rebooting the PC, the same message appears.

      Thanks again Raymond, you are awesome. My advise is that the people having kaspersky, stick to it as it is much more better than iolo. The good thing about iolo is that it provides more support than any other antivirus. Still my suggestion is kaspersky + norton antibot.

      If you are already using Kaspersky, stick to it. If you’re using any freeware antivirus, use iolo AntiVirus instead. And also I’ve just tested the link on the first step, it is still working.

      For those people who cannot see the promo page–if you are running any version of kaspersky, the url will be blocked. KAZ is treating the “ads” portion of the address as malware. If you disable web scan temporarily you will get the info you need to secure an activation code but please remember to re-enable web scan when you are done! (I am not sure if other security software will block this url but it is certainly possible–IMHO this was a poor choice on Iolo’s part for a url name as many browser addons and other security programs will come to the same conclusion as Kaspersky has–If its an AD, BLOCK IT!)

      I think it is a good AV. But is does not play nice with uTorrent. I tried it on Vista ultimate SP1 and XP SP2
      and it stopped uTorrent from downloading on both
      machines?

      Je l’ai essayé ce petit AV…
      Au début j’en étais bien satisfait jusqu’au moment ou il a bloqué un de mes fichiers *.dll utilisé pour un programme de création musicale…

      Impossible de remettre le fichier en question hors quarantaine! J’ai eu beau tout essayer ( tenter d’enlever le fichier de la quarantaine… Dire à Iolo que tel dossier est à ignorer… ) rien à faire, mon DLL est mis en quarantaine sans aucunes possibilités de le remettre.

      Très handicapant comme soucis… :-/
      J’ai passé deux heures comme un fou à chercher une solution… -_-’

      Quoi qu’il en soit, il est quand même bien ce programme! Donc même si je l’enlève, il sera surement utile à certains d’entre vous! ^^
