No the problem is the IP Address. PCTools has blocked too many IP address. I have try on Vista it is working and XP it is not working. What the matter ?

One small point – I have been running PC Tools Registry Mechanic for two years as a fully paid licence. I just got a charming email from them stating my licence was due for renewal in August. It went on in soothing tones to assure me that I needn’t worry – that the renewal fee would be taken directly from the same place as last time (presumably my creditcard) and all would be well. I followed all the links and reread the email – and searched every page on their site and nowhere was the opportunity presented to say “NO THANKS – I’LL RENEW WHEN I WANT AND NOT WHEN YOU DECIDE!”. I thought this a damned liberty and wrote to say so and complain. Within 36 hrs I had an email from the subscriptions dept confirming my cancellation. Now why do they have to employ such sharp practice if their product is so good?

if you use privacy guardian and your using firefox uncheck firefox as it wipes out your prefs rdf and does not touch your cache or history, i think it’s a bug.
