Alas the F-Secure would not do it. Nor would any one I tried except the Kaspersky Linux boot disk. This offers file or internet updates but only the internet update would work. As I'm in a business with multiple, probably infrected computers on the network Internet updates are not practical. I need to be able to use a file update or save the new database of signitures to the CD or USB, anyone have actual practical experience of making this work?

I have tried to get any of these bootable CD’s to actually update to a new signiture set. Just tried it and as many other Linux-based boot CDs, it's not able to mount NTFS drives.

It’s a good rescue CD but it won’t work with WinVista and NTFS drives.
