just clicked on the download link for Solid Capture, and got a filekicker error from google…

‘dl.filekicker.com has been reported’ – when did this start, I wonder…

I believe picPick (FREEWARE) is better -
http://picpick.wiziple.net/
It’s design (simplicity and ease of use), is close to perfection.
It does not have OCR
To use it, you just press the keyboard’s Print key, and it opens up a new Tab, in the picPick application.
You can just minimize it (for later), and carry on doing what you were doing.
You can edit the captures directly (within picPick), prior to saving it.
If you choose to save as say JPG, it remembers that from then on (unlike Paint that has amnesia).
When you choose a Save location, it remembers that from then on (unlike Paint that has amnesia).

It is brilliant.

After 21 days, the software asks again for UNLOCKCODE.

When I submit it to SC, it is rejected.

Software lasts 21 days.

Another yet very useful software for screen capture is Gadwin PrintScreen – http://gadwin.com/printscreen/ I use it for long time, GPS is a good free alternative..:)

Hi Raymond,
I have Vista Premium and Office 2007. With this configuration, unfortunately the Copy Text and Edit Text options do not show up after installation. Pity, as these were the ones I needed.
