I don’t have much experience with ZoneAlarm Pro 2009 but I’ve installed on my desktop computer to test it out. After installation, ZoneAlarm Pro 2009 spawns 2 new processes. vsmon.exe will take up about 20MB of memory and zlclient.exe takes up about 2MB. However, when you run a spyware scan on your hard drives, vsmon.exe process’ memory usage immediately increased up to 130MB! When finished scanning, the memory usage dropped to 30MB. So if you already have an antivirus software + ZoneAlarm Pro 2009 installed on XP, I’d advice you to have at least 1GB of physical RAM on your computer. For Vista, 2GB is the best. Well most of the modern computer nowadays comes with 2GB of RAM already.
Although ZoneAlarm Pro 2009 only has firewall and spyware protection, but it managed to detect a suspicious behavior when I tried infecting my computer with an undetectable private trojan.
I found a keygenerator for ZoneAlarm Pro 2009 by Team SnD ZoneAlarm.Pro.8.0.WinAll.Incl.keygen-SND which generates pirated license keys. Basically the keys generated by the keygen is to extend the trial period to 15825 days. That is nearly 43 years!
