A scheme like this just sounds too good to be true and reeks of potential spyware or malware attacks. Does anyone know anything about the company that arranges these downloads? What country are they from? Do they have a TOS or Privacy Statement? I would be suprised if they didn\\\'t have a little tool in there to track how often you use the software you download. Maybe I\\\'m just being paranoid but I would think twice about blindly installing \\\"free\\\" software - there must be a catch somewhere.

I would be concerned about installing any exe on my machine like that. I don't think i should give a step by step tutorial or they will change their system but basically, they wrap the installer setup file inside some custom packer. It is always extracted at the moment of installation, to your defauly windows temp file and, if you are running process explorer when you install you will see exactly what directory the installer is running from!
It will be running from a file named like w8fuek23.tmp
Simply copy this file to somewhere else and rename it with the EXE extension. Ok now you have the setup file.
how do you get the registration details for use at a later date?
Work it out. Get a registry scanner and do a little googling. It's easy.

There is a simple but effective way around the ‘install only on day of giveaway’ thing.<br
