Google is, of course, the gold standard in search today but, that comes at a price: Our surfing habits, IP addresses, click-throughs ARE logged. That’s how Google is able to do what they do so quickly and so well. If you want to surf truly anonymously/securely, then you may want to use a VPN service such as *HideMyAss* or *SkyIP*, for example. And, if you’re really paranoid (like I am) then you can combine a cascading VPN with a proxy at its exit node and be untraceable/unmonitorable by Google (or just about anyone else.) Purchase those services with a anonymous e-payment service like *Liberty Reserve* and you’re good to go surfing safely.

There is a online version: googaal.org/
No need to download extra things.
For mp3 search just type in the full file name eg music.mp3 to find it.
This site also allow you to scribble on it.
