Today a laptop reached my desk only to find msconfig would not launch from run. I was able to find it in pchealthhelpcntrbinaries. AND it is also listed correctly in the registry, as HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionApp PathsMSCONFIG.EXE

It just will not launch from the Run command. Any suggestions?
