Please help me..
my desktop have a pop up window script host said that

can not find script file ” C : \WINDOWS\system32\winjpg.jpg”

i go to msconfig to solve it but i can’t enter the system configuration utility but the same pop up window script host still appear.

so how can i solve this problem?
