I can’t make this software work with Yahoo free email as of 10/28/10. It doesn’t recognize “localhost”. I don’t blame freePOPs, it’s Yahoo that bites!!!

i tried using freepops. followed all the instructions but i get an error message saying no connection to incoming mail server. my firewall is set to allow a connection to the internet for freepops and when testing the settings, i can send mail. do u have any other suggestions about why it’s not allowing incoming mail. btw, im on windows 7 platform and using outlook 2007.
