You can resize Firefox using bookmarks.

For example, to resize the Firefox window to 800×600, create a new bookmark and enter the location as:

javascript:resizeTo(800, 600);

You can customize the size to any dimensions you want, just change the numbers to something else, like (1024, 768)

Just a question. I know that there is some info in the registry about the position windows are kept in. Is there any kind of registry info out there on how to make a predefined window size?
