No matter which Windows version. Must be cheap programmed - beware! If you want a program which catches mouse and keyboard input it behaves OF COURSE like a logger. Don't break everything down to alert=panic. Nearly all of those virus scanners aren't worth being installed - it's like you want to recognize bad habits by the face of a person!
