It does not work for vista and win 7 as it works for xp

Been using it, like it a lot. Although I am an experienced user, I find the load up time and the FPS to be just enough better to click it on before I play.

FYI. Bey default on vista it disables HIP, which is needed for game controllers. So un check it when you put it into game mode if you are using a controller!
