There are many websites that offers live computer support and the catch is they charge a lot of money for it. Some charge a flat rate of $34.99 per case and some charge $1.99 per minute with a minimum of an hour. Over here, I will try my best to help you fix your computer problems for FREE (although a donation for a cup of coffee would be nice).

If you see an icon that says “Live Help – Online“, you can click on it. You don’t need to keep on refreshing this page because the button below updates in real-time. You may be in queue if there are people that came before you. Once your turn is up, you will be connected to me via online chat without installing any software. I’ll try to understand and identify your problems first.

If required, I will need to use TeamViewer to access your computer to see the problem myself and try my best to fix the problem. You will have to follow the instructions below in order for me to connect to your computer.

1. Download TeamViewer QuickSupport and run it.

2. Let me know your ID and Password displayed in TeamViewer QuickSupport.

3. I will then try to connect to your computer.

4. Once I’ve finished solving your computer problems, you can close TeamViewer and delete it if you want to. Rest assured that I won’t be able to re-connect to your computer after you’ve closed TeamViewer QuickSupport. Even if you run it the next time, the password will be different.
