Just Run msconfig, and then go too boot.ini tab and there u choose /noguiboot.
Now the boot meny will be gone.

Downloaded the file from rapidshare , zipped it ( best compression level ) , uploaded at few other mirrors , enjoy people :)

(size after unzipping > 1.2 mb , zipped file size > 30 kb )
