You all might have noticed that the design for Raymond.CC and also forum has changed. I think it has a much cleaner and brighter look compared to the old dark design. The structure of this site is still the same. I didn’t want to make any drastic changes to the structure because it might confusing for some people. Do let me know what do you think of this new design by leaving your vote at the poll below.

thanx for a great blog man. I really had a lot of assistance from this site. I know that you want to maximize on your opportunity to make a few bucks (who wouldn’t?), but it seems that with your new layout you have given a greater prominence for displaying ads. It’s a bit distracting becoz your posts are often quite good. So could you please take some action regarding it? (Suggestion: You could put the ads on the side)

i prefer the old layout. Orange with black..seems like the dark side
the new design looks good. also in the old style it is grey in black when in offline and can read only by selecting it, now there is no problem.

The writing size is too small.
Also font is hard to read. Use a font like times new roman or verdana.
The old one was unique. This, though crisp and pleasant to the eye feels generic.
Quality of posts not eye candy is why we visit in the end however.

I have always enjoyed your blog but, must say I liked the old design much better. As someone said before, it looks like a “cookie cutter” template. Your old “dark design” made for a more interesting, mysterious, and enticing blog.
Its very cool the new design but Google Ads are in a bad place.

Congratulations, it is easier to navigate into the informations.
But like others have written, it would be more pleasant to read certain texts with bigger characters, and for the white background colour, use a white “broken” as we say in French, after a moment, it is a weeny bit tiring for the eyes !

Hmm..I agree with the template-ish feel to it. Also, the ads in the blog post are much more noticeable (were they there before?) All in all i prefered the older design – very unique.
Like the new presentation, it’s easier reading.

Posts font size are seems a bit small on my screen with resolution (1280*800). Size of comments are fine. ;)

The new layout’s better, but still seems to have that “Template” feel to it, I dunno.
Personally I voted for I like it better, but it doesn’t matter to me as I just use Google reader to aggregate al my feeds.
