John, Hey, you seem talking about AVG Internet Security (http://www.avg.com/us-en/internet-security)? AVG TL (http://www.avgthreatlabs.com) is their website offering free website ratings and threat detection.

John, I think you are a bit mistaken, AVG Threat Labs is not a product, but a website providing free threat report and website ratings. What you bought is probably a standalone product from AVG.

John, I’m quite sure you didn’t buy AVG ThreatLabs (http://www.avgthreatlabs.com) as that is a site is dedicated to security ratings and is not antivirus software (http://www.avg.com/us-en/internet-security). TL is a very useful site which tells you about site threats.

Oh, God, thanks a lot for that. I’ve been trying to get rid of that thing for several hours now. I bought the AVG Threat Labs (avgthreatlabs.com) that apparently can scan webpages before you actually access them , which is great for me, since I am an intense internet user, but because of Symantec I could not install it. It kept blocking me. Now my comp is finally free. Thank youuuuuuu
