If you have dynamic IP address, then downloading from rapidshare is no problem for you since you can use Cryptload or (E)lephant to automate changing IP address and downloading from RapidShare. For those with static IP address, unfortunately you’ll have to go through the agony of searching for working proxies to use with The Grabber. Previously Team CodeMasters has a website called RapidGrab which enables you to download from RapidShare without limits but the website no longer works. Then I found MegaDL which is similar to RapidGrab but also no longer works.

Today I found another website, RapidPremium, that does the same as RapidGrab and MegaDL. It uses its own RapidShare Premium accounts to download from rapidshare servers, then you can download from RapidPremium. Check it out!


RapidPremium is a web based rapidshare downloader that acts as a middle man to give us unlimited rapidshare downloading. What this site does is it downloads the requested file from RapidShare using its RapidShare Premium account (I heard they have 10). You can then download from RapidPremium server.

FREE RApidshare Premium Account

Very easy to use. Simply copy and paste the RapidShare link to the box and click Download. You’ll have to wait for RapidPremium to finish downloading from RapidShare first. You do not need to wait long because it takes only a few minutes to download a 100MB file! RapidPremium is able to download from RapidShare at the speed of 700KB/s!!!

Too bad that RapidPremium website speed is not really fast. When started downloading, I get 20KBps, then it dropped to less than 10KBps. Since it’s so slow, I use my favorite download manager FlashGet to download using 5 threads. The download speed has increased to 40KBps. I believe that the website will be inaccessible if everyone downloads from RapidPremium using download manager with 5 or more threads… So please do not abuse this free and great service. If you have dynamic IP address, please continue using Cryptload or (E)lephant so RapidPremium won’t get hammered by everyone.

Weirdly, RapidPremium website is not bombared with advertisements. I don’t know how these guys manage to pay for their rapidshare premium account for us to use and also their hosting fees! Thanks ali for sharing this site with me!

      dats kewl :-) well i’ve read somewhere long before about a php script (rapid leacher) with which u can download the files from rapidshare to a webserver and then download the same to ur system using ur dm, with resume capability.. hope someone starts somthing like dat soon :-), so that we can download the files a lil faster with resume capability, anywayz as ray said am gonna stick with (E)lephant, a very nice tool :-)

      Wow, the rapidshare premium accounts in RapidPremium to ran out so quickly! I was still using it yesterday…

      These kind of websites usually don’t last because the owner of the website requires a lot of premium accounts. When they couldn’t handle it, they’ll just shut down the site.

      we can handle it :) we will be adding some advertisements and then we will add some more rapidshare accounts. Currently the site was loaded with 10 accounts. WoW raymond your post made the bandwidth go up so fast. lyk the stats say about 110GB in 1 day :S That is a lot. If we had some donations this server can go a long time.

      And yeah, I am the guy behind RP.
      As of now, I\’ve got around 5 accounts in the system, and about each and every one of them have reached their limit.

      Though, I\’ll open it up as soon as things get better. In a day, that is :D

      Btw… I don\’t have plans of shutting down RP anytime soon. I just need to get a few projects through, and I\’ll expand the site to better servers and more accounts very soon.

      Speaking about ads, I am not really interested in plugging those ugly ones. So, I\’ll try looking for better sponsors later when the site grows ;)

      For now, I can handle it good :D

      Same thing. It always runs out of accounts. Bottom line: someone has to pay the piper but everyone always wants something for free. I would encourage anyone that actually can afford a rapidshare premium account to get one because in reality it is not that much. Some people never download that much and things like this really helps them. Someone that downloads a boatload of files should just get a premium. How can rapidshare stay in business if they don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’t make money? Can anyone else do it better or cheaper then they do it? So go PREMIUM!!!

      The last time I had to shutdown RP was because of resource abuse.

      Believe it or not, it still happens. People use proxies to bypass the 5 links a day limit.

      And yeah, I fully agree with Raymond on the fact that if you have dynamic IP, use the softwares mentioned in the post to bypass the RapidShare limits.

      RP is for those who do not download too much, or those who have a static IP. :)

      Great work, i was going to share with with my fellow friend but then it would impossible to run this i mean it. You dont want 100 visitors coming to this site and downloading CP or illegal stuff.
      I did notice something which is a big problem for the site owner. Please for the love of GOD include some kind of disclaimer or else legal action can be taken against you in any form.Like if someone downloads CP using your service, you will be responsible.

      Anyway good luck hope this services works out.

      Just to let you know, there is only 6 accounts. Also, there is no profit. the owner of it is just doing good for the community. He had a website up but it was taken down for an unknown reason. He said that he will soon be back with a new site and a better script for the rapidpremium.

      Just thought I would shed some light on the subject.

      Oh, and when it first started it got over 1mb/s.
