Could anyone help me to do this, or post a premade disc with all the tools? Thanks.

I have downloaded all the rescue cd iso’s, as well as the vista recovery disc (neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/), and am trying to put them all on a bootable dvd with some sort of boot menu.
