I am using Traffic Shaper from 6 or seven months, Now i again download it and installed But i got to have problem to run it,
This time it is not running and show an error dialog box
That i have to enter some Username,Password, Address, and port What should i do.

I would love to limit the download size like if a user is downloading any file above 50mb he is not allowed
