The communities in the centre of KL are very disparate, the Chinese are insular and treat with contempt other races by displaying outrageous greed and bad manners and poor hygiene to them. The local Indian taxi drivers are all corrupt and cheats. The local malays serving in the fast food restaraunts and train stations have appaling english and are totally brain dead in even being able to carry out the most simple tasks without arrogance and a false sense of pride to their foreign visitor.

I mean customer service is a alien concept in Malaysia and so is saying thank you. Most visitors to KL do so for the international presence of international shopping brands, chinese knocked off goods and the plethora of arab, pakistani, indian , thai, chinese and and western restaraunts and chains.Very very very few go to enjoy "malaysian cuisine" since it is a poorer knock off of the other major cuisines in the region such as indonesian food.

Malaysians are by some way one of the rudest impolite and frankly uncivilised socities on earth.<br

Mr Kee Thuan Chye and other actors in the video dramatised it well. Usually such ethics of allowing others to come out first before we enter the lift, and other acts such as giving our seats to elders or pregnant women must be taught from young by own parents. So, we can sum up. Those unethical adults are products of irresponsible upbringing. Nowadays, many parents have lost the vision, purpose and direction of being a parents themselves. Thanks for posting this video and reading our comments.

Respectfulness towards others is the key to a more civilized society.
