how can you tell which type of computer you have between 32 and 64 bit? Does it show as ‘system32′ folder in Windows? If it were 64 bit would it be ‘system64′?

when I boot up my computer, a message
appear:”monitor is on power save mode, activate using pc” then nothing
happens, winXP home version is not loading. How do I fix
this?
