      I have the DVD, and it is the most inspirational and touching movie that I have ever watched. I watched Steve on Animal Planet all the time and when I heard the news from my mom that he was killed, I really didn’t believe her. She told me after I came home on September 4th, Labor Day, with my dad after helping him at work. She heard it on the radio. The first thing that I said to her when she told me was “No way, Steve is too good at what he does to have been killed while filming. I’m going to look it up on Animal Planet.com.” Well, I did look it up, and sure enough, there was a picture of Steve with Terri, Bindi, and Bob on the homepage with a caption that said something like “Help honor Steve and send your condolences”. At that moment I really think that my heart stopped. I instantly became teary eyed, as I was filled with shock. I thought about what would become of the world without Steve’s bustling enthusiasm, love, and passion for animals and everything around them. I miss him so much and I would do anything to bring him back. He was the true Wildlife Warrior. Also, during the movie, I heard the most touching song that I’ve ever heard in my entire life, “He Changed Our World”, sung by Daniel McGahan. Steve was the best guy in the entire world, and he will always be missed by everyone. I want to grow up to be just like him. I don’t care what it takes, but I’m going to try as hard as I can to be a conservationist just like Steve. I might even have my own show one day….. I hope that I will fulfill my dream to carry on Steve’s message to the world… and I give Steve all the credit for making me love animals the way I do.

      Steve Irwin was an Australian hero. He brought laughter and feeling to places of sadness. His spirit was one in a million and no one will ever be as treasured as her is. Although he is missed he will never be forgotton in the heart of those that share his passion… his memory will be forever lasting.

      steve was a hero, even tho i never got to meet him, i would of loved to he changed so many peoples perceptions about crocodiles as well as other reptiles, he was as great as his father, i would love to get as close to a crocodile as he did.
