		<description>no offense but 128KB/sec sucks really badly.... either buy a better connection from another isp or a higher service from them. if its because you live in a third world country or one that has bad isp&#039;s then grin and bear it. i used to have dialup and got crap speeds of 6Kb/sec and now i have cable and get like average of 2MB/sec to 3MB/sec....</description>

		<description>Yes its actually easy I use http://www.metahyper.com/sync.htm service, they limit registered users but you can transport from hotfile,rapidshare,megaupload and I think nedload , hope it helps you</description>
