Today I will be sharing with you guys a quick tip on how to obtain a 1 year PC Tools Internet Security license for free. PC Tools is an all-in-one security suite featuring their award-winning anti-spyware, anti-virus, firewall and spam protection. It is able to detect, remove and block all types of spyware, adware, viruses, Trojans, worms, keyloggers and other online threats. With the built-in firewall, your computer will be protected from hackers, intruders and other unauthorized software or network attacks. If your POP3 email is getting a lot of spam, PC Tools Internet Security is able to filter out those unsolicited emails. Finally, it has an intelligent automatic protection that makes it simple to use for novices but configurable enough for expert users.

A license key for 1 year would normally cost $59.95 but will be totally free if you follow the few simple steps below.


1. Go to this page http://www.pctools.com/internet-security/free/promo/PCUSER2009

If you get the error that says “The promotion you are attempting to access is not valid in your country”, then continue to step 2. If not, skip to step 3.

2. Go to http://www.stealthy.us and enter this URL http://www.pctools.com/internet-security/free/promo/PCUSER2009 to box and click Take me there.

3. Now fill up the form where there is asterisk. Make sure you use a working email because your registration code will be sent there. Enter the Promotion Code as DGH8R5. Click the Request Free License button when you’re done filling up all the necessary details.

4. Now check your email address and you should already see an email from “PC Tools” (sales@pctools.com) with the subject Free Internet Security License. Note down the Name and License Key.

5. Download and install the latest version of PC Tools Internet Security 2009. Restart your computer when prompted to.

6. Run PC Tools Internet Security 2009, you should see a Register button on the left hand side. Enter the name and License Key that you’ve noted down just now and click Register. Voila! You should now see that your subscription expires in 364 days!

This free version of Internet Security also includes a 12 months technical support which normally other companies doesn’t offer for their promotional products. Takes about nearly 60MB memory usage on idle. I do not have the time to do a thorough test on this latest version of PC Tools Internet Security version 6.0.1.440 because the wedding is very near and there’s still a lot of confirmation that needs to be done.

      hide my ass
      ninja proxy

      Just google for webproxies and try untill you find one that works.

      (it’s just a thought I haven’t tried it!)

      Thanks Raymond. I’ve been using PC Tools ever since you last giveaway 7 months ago, and I am very impressed. PC Tools uses their ThreatFire to catch all suspicious activity. Unfortunately, memory consumption isn’t the best, so not complelty reccomended if you have <512mb of ram or <2ghz processor.
