    A question

    One of my friends swore 3 times on a indian .blogspot website the admin said he would give my friends IP to my friends ISP, the admin also said my friend would get his internet access banned.

    Can the admin do that and will the ISP ban him from internet or is the admin just tryin to scare my friend

    I doubt that he will do that.. and I dont think that their ISP will ban then..

    First of all, what did your friend do? Well I don't think ISP will listen to us end-users unless they have police report with proof that the user did something illegal.

    Yes, ISPs cannot ban anyone for no concrete proof and unless they have a Police complaint.

    If it was just swearing then your ISP cannot ban your for that. And the website will have a bit of trouble tracing you because as you know IPs are just a bunch of numbers. So it will take to much effort to trace it. Anyway there is no hard evidence of that.

    Then the admin should just delete the comments at shoutbox.

    I get this kind of nonsense all the time. Some people might not agree with what I do/post but I know that I am helping people, so I don't give a crap about them at all. They don't affect me and I just delete their childish comments/posts.
