What is your definition of a suite? If include firewall then yes, BIS 09 has a firewall, phishing site but the difference between BTS 09 and BIS 09 is this 2 :
a) Removes unnecessary duplicates of files and registry entries.
b) Irrecoverably erases unwanted files and "traces" of files.
