yap, Thanks GINZON for reminding 2 more great utilities but Nero unfortunately is not free. And since the last version is a big file with many features especially desktop like features, I will still like to have the olders version. But Nero is a great tool and sucess in burning boot cds and Iso will not make excepton to this rule.

Theres also ashampoo burning studio that handles also ISO creation, although not free but Raymond mentioned a link to have a free reg code for an older version, hope the link still function.

Watch out for Starburn's toolbars and hijack changes though. It's by default allowed in the installer, so you need to uncheck them.
