I wouldn't bet on it, it has the Ikarus antivirus engine and it's active.

Actually, KIS is reported to have an issue with the latest version (4.5) of Asquared. Maybe you have to disable Proactive Defense. These problems can often be solved, but unfortunately, the techies always find that the other party must do it.
