no it is not as comodo but it is enough to protect you and it will do the job well. It is the famous Privatefirewall and it is among the best firewalls out there

Up until @ 1 year ago, this firewall was paid only.It was offered as a free add-on to subscribers of Spysweeper/Antivirus,and later Spysweeper. Then shortly thereafter became a free offering. It would not be my first pick as a true port monitoring firewall, but functions well more as an application monitor. You could do worse among freeware.

If you are considering Webroot's firewall I suggest you also look at Privacyware's Private Firewall which is free now as well. They are supposed to be the same thing. But you probably have a better chance at the most recent updates if you go straight to Private Firewall.

    Confused Why So?

I've used many Webroot products over the years and never found a problem with version or definition updates-no server problems either

Because since Webroot's firewall is an OEM of Privacyware, the Webroot version will always get updates/upgrades second to the original. Some OEM products don't get product upgrades- only updates to that version number. Not sure what the status of the Webroot/Privacyware relationship is though.
