Yah that is correct, lets change the word and make it appropriate: "responsible" instead of normal. By a simple observation, ( lets go back on the topic ) MSE is using KISS philosophy, It is a set and forget free AV application that most basic windows user needs. Most, often AV users are not so proficient in dealing with the right configuration and sometimes thus resulting to confusion.

Agreed. Norton does offer good protection, but it is designed for people who want protection, but do not know how to do it themselves. If you do not understand the 'malware game' out there, Norton is a GOOD choice, but not a final solution. IMHO, McAfee is not worth the electricity it consumes. Norton and KIS each offer a decent level of security with NO user interaction required. Personally, I prefer something that I can control/configure myself. I have no use for any security program that tells me what I can/cannot do on my computer.
Mankind hates what it fears, and fears what it cannot understand.
Therefore, hatred is a by-product of ignorance!
