OK...now it's time for me to point out the two strange things about this entire promo.

1. If you go to this link (http://www.winxdvd.com/specialoffer/sep09.htm), you would see that the 'promo' has expired.

Here is what you will find stated on the site:

$19.95 only??????? What is this???? It's free on three promo pages but discounted price on another page?

2. If you had noticed, there's a pattern between the promo links ...it all ends with sep090X),

As such, out of curiosity, I tried this link -

....and found out it's valid. If you were to go to the link, here is what you will find stated on the site:

Note: The original price of WinX DVD Ripper Platinum is $24.95. Now it is given away before Oct. 10. You can download it for free during this period. No registration code is required. Just download it and backup your DVDs right away.

Strange??? It says promo ends on Oct 10 but the direct download link is still the same (and is still working till now)

P.S. Whatever it is, I suggest you just download the setup file even if you do not intend to use the program now....you might find it useful one day.
