Yes still alive, thanks. Does anyone know if the license starts running when emailed or when it is installed on an Eset program? Does the license expire if not used within a certain time?

I could not find on Nod32 how many days remain on the license...where so I fins this?

It states clearly on the mail you received....take a look,here is what is wrote in my mail from Eset "Twoja licencja jest wazna do: 2010-02-19
Liczba chronionych komputerow: 1",and Google translate said "Your license is valid for: 2010-02-19
Number of protected computers: 1"
I bet that all the mailed keys have the same validity.So,even if u don't use it...in aprox 3 month is gone anyway.
P.S.I remembered that i have another one,with the same validity.

wow i don't understand why people keep generating licenses more than their need. greedy is human nature, i know but seriously? have you ever considered the more you generate the less people will get the license (for most cases). it is still logical if the keys can accumulate to each other: the keys can prolong your expiry date instead of overiding each other.

im not nagging or intend to offend anyone but i just hope everyone can be a little bit more considerate when joining such giveaways. this was also the reason why kaspersky blocked their licenses: cheating

True...they are some of us here who generate more keys than needed coz they are greedy...but there are also some of us who does that in order to pass it on/ give away to other members that missed the promo...

Don't blame a flock of chickens just because one of it can't lay eggs...

Nope Im not blaming the whole flock of chickens: yesterday I met people in another forum also generating keys which will go wasted (he admitted it); last couple of weeks another guys (plural) also did the same. That's why I said what I needed to say.
