Well I used their Wondershare YouTube Downloader and I have Wondershare Privacy Protector on my pc from giveawayoftheday and doesnt seem doing any harm.

We notice that ws-spyrm_full557.exe file was thoroughly tested by our system on Nov 26, 2009 by the three antivirus programs and was found absolutely clean.

Ha14, please you cannot simply check with two or three antivirus, an antivirus cannot know what happens when you RUN a file in your system.
