You should get your license key pretty much instantly after you fill in the web form. If you have problems, just send us/me an email with your address and I'll send it manually.

Thanks for the info on a-squared - it's not an AV program that we test with regularly, so that's helpful to know.

I fill in the web form about ...1 hour ...but no problem.
Online manual ...OK for me .
Interface ....simple and easy to understand .
