Where can i learn Programming Language or Programming without buying any books or without spending 1 cent?

most probably, you will not find a full program for compiling. you'll need to search in torrent.
Borland Turbo c++
These was the one i used to use for making programs. You can find them in torrents though.

I was in KL MPH , forgot which branch, that day, and I saw a book on VBS scripting. Was so interesting, I was reading there for a few hours. Good book but it costs RM 300 or around that price. Waay over my budget.
You could try some programming forums though. And one easy way is to download the source code, and read and learn. Kinda like the Japanese, huh.
Anyway, i practically gave up learning how to program since I get headaches reading text on the computer for a long time. Well, that's just me, I guess. Anyway, have fun learning. how cool would that be, a 12 year old Malaysian programmer?

there's always java for free resources. Eclipse is also a very good free IDE for it.

im not always free as i need to prepared for my UPSR for my future
. When i have free time, i will try to learn some of it
