    Uninstall Orbit

I would like to uninstall Orbit and try other download manager like IDM but whenever I uninstall orbit using Revo, there will still be some traces (I have uninstalled and reinstalled orbit a few time already and there are still traces. I am currently using Orbit) . How do I do a complete uninstall for Orbit?
Thoughts are like a never ending ocean where it is deep, endless and dangerous

Use Revo to clean up the traces then.

Hit Select All and Delete on the screens, making sure to do the most advanced sweep.

I installed Orbit in a virtual environment, and monitored the results with Total Uninstall (recommended by Raymond on the blog). indeed, a good piece of shareware software. Anyway, here's the log, with everything installed from BHO's to setting Orbit site as my homepage.

hellnoire, yup I did that. And when I reinstall Orbit, I didn't see a new installation. Just like before I uninstall it. I saw the completed downloads and stuff.

xje4bv, english. you know how I cannot understand all the logs thingy.

That's the manual way. You could run "regedit" and delete the leftover entries. Or rather. check your PM then.

Yup. thanks to you. I first used Your Uninstaller 2008 SE but the cracks keep getting nuked, so I got Total Uninstall and never looked back. Thanks, and get well soon.

I'm still happy with Revo, myself.

EDIT: Based on the logs though, I might just change over.

So Total Uninstall can remove everything or you need to manually remove the registry yourself?
