    Angry HELP!pc restarts randomly

    recently my pc showed blue screen randomly than it restartes.When pc is started it showed this:

    Do you have Network services enabled? If so, try disabling them & see if the error recurs.\
    Else, it's probably Audio/Video error.

    Errors often occur when there is a conflict with a program and "Windows Network Services". Are you connected to a network? If so, temporarily disconect from any network(s) you might be connected to. Use your computer for awhile and see if the problem goes away, or remains. If the problem does not go away, it is likely an Audio/Video problem. Does this happen when you are playing games?

    IT does not happen when i play games.Recently i restored my pc using full system restore which formated disk then install the files and drivers whehn i bought my laptop,thats when it happens

    If you installed any hardware/drivers between the time you bought it new, and reinstalled OS, then the 'new' drivers did not install with the clean install. You'll need to reinstall any drivers that you installed on your PC prior to reinstalling Windows.
