THX .but can u tell me a free software that updates my hp dv7 laptop please?

Do you have Network services enabled? If so, try disabling them & see if the error recurs.\
Else, it's probably Audio/Video error.

wat u mean by network services and y its probablly audio and video error?

Errors often occur when there is a conflict with a program and "Windows Network Services". Are you connected to a network? If so, temporarily disconect from any network(s) you might be connected to. Use your computer for awhile and see if the problem goes away, or remains. If the problem does not go away, it is likely an Audio/Video problem. Does this happen when you are playing games?

It might be wise to use a program named DriverMAX and update your drivers.
pacman -Syyu life not found in sync db

If you installed any hardware/drivers between the time you bought it new, and reinstalled OS, then the 'new' drivers did not install with the clean install. You'll need to reinstall any drivers that you installed on your PC prior to reinstalling Windows.
